How quickly must guest data be filed to E. turistas?

Guest data must be filed to NTIS no later than 24 hours after the guest is accommodated.

The clock starts at the guest's arrival, not at the booking. If a guest arrives late in the evening, the report is due by the following evening.

Rural tourism services have an exception: data is filed at least once a month. The safe default is still the general 24-hour rule, and your case is worth checking against the latest NTIS guidance.

How Ovilo handles it

Ovilo collects the guest's details at check-in and files them to NTIS automatically every night, so the 24-hour deadline is met without manual work. Filing status is shown on the reservation.
