About Ovilo
Ovilo is a property management system built in Lithuania for holiday homes, villas, apartments, guesthouses and small hotels. The small team building it answers your emails and makes product decisions directly.
Properties from a single unit to 50 rooms, run by an owner or a small team without a separate front desk. For them, large hotel systems are too complex and too expensive, and simple calendar sync tools are too narrow.
Ovilo brings Booking.com, Airbnb and direct reservations together with guest messaging, online check-in, NTIS guest reporting, payments, invoicing and reports. You can manage it all from a phone.
We start with local requirements: E. turistas through the official NTIS API, invoices that meet Lithuanian rules, and support in Lithuanian and English. We build new features with our first customers and release them only after they work in real properties, not only in a demo.
Data is stored in the European Union, processed under GDPR, and identity-document data is collected only to the extent NTIS requires.
Every guide is based on official sources – NTIS, the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), the Tourism Law – and links them next to each section. Each guide shows its update date; when rules change we revise the text rather than publish a new one. If you spot an error or a change, write to us – we will fix it and say thanks.
