About Ovilo: a PMS that does the routine work.
Ovilo is a property management system built in Lithuania for hotels, guesthouses, holiday homes, apartments and campsites. The team building it answers your emails and makes product decisions directly.
Who it is for.
Properties that want to run without the routine: no night audit, no retyping between systems and no front desk that has to be staffed around the clock. No-shows, unpaid holds, departures, reminders and guest reporting run on schedule by themselves, so people only handle the decisions.
Ovilo brings Booking.com, Airbnb and direct reservations together with guest messaging, online check-in, NTIS guest reporting, payments, invoicing and reports. All of it works on a phone too, so the property does not depend on a desk.
How we build.
We start with local requirements: E. turistas through the official NTIS API, invoices that meet Lithuanian rules, and support in Lithuanian and English. New features are tested in a working property first and released only once they hold up in daily work, not just in a demo.
Data is stored in the European Union, processed under GDPR, and identity-document data is collected only to the extent NTIS requires.
How the guides are written.
Every guide is based on official sources – NTIS, the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), the Tourism Law – and links them next to each section. Each guide shows its update date; when rules change we revise the text rather than publish a new one. If you spot an error or a change, write to us – we will fix it and say thanks.
