Does it work with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes. Reservations from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com and Google land in one calendar. Availability updates on every channel automatically, which removes most double-booking risk and manual checks.
Will my staff need training?
Usually not. Ovilo is designed so a single owner can run a property from a phone. Teams get started in an afternoon without a formal training programme.
Does it handle NTIS and e.turistas reporting?
Yes. Once the e.turistas integration is enabled, guest data is submitted to NTIS automatically. HOT-01 and HOT-02 reports are generated as well, so nothing is entered twice.

VAT invoices are generated from the reservation in Lithuanian or English in a couple of clicks.
How is it different from Smoobu or Lodgify?
Ovilo is built for properties with up to 50 rooms or units and includes the parts general tools leave out: state guest reporting, a kiosk, a staff app for housekeeping, and messaging that answers routine questions on its own.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Yes. We help move data from Excel, Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway and other systems, and we check the main records together before you go live.
