What guest data does E. turistas require?
For each adult guest: name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, the state that issued the identity document, country and city of residence, and arrival and departure dates. Accompanying minors are not registered individually, only their number is given.
The exact field list is set by NTIS. Some fields, such as purpose of travel, are statistical and optional.
You do not need to store a photo of the document, and you should not: NTIS does not ask for it, and keeping it creates GDPR risk with no benefit.
How Ovilo handles it
Ovilo's check-in form asks only for the fields NTIS requires. No document photo is stored.
