Do Airbnb and Booking.com guests need to be registered in E. turistas?

Yes. The booking source does not change the obligation: Airbnb and Booking.com guests are registered in NTIS by the accommodation provider, not by the platform.

Platforms pass on booking details only: name, dates, sometimes a phone number. NTIS requires date of birth, citizenship and the state that issued the identity document, which the platforms do not send.

So the guest still has to complete a registration before arrival. A link works better than asking for a photo of a passport by email.

How Ovilo handles it

Ovilo sends a check-in link to every guest regardless of channel. The guest fills it in on their phone and Ovilo files the data to NTIS.
