Can I change rates on all channels from one place?
Yes, if the channels are connected through an API. You change the rate and minimum stay once and the system pushes it to Booking.com, Airbnb and the rest.
This is not possible over iCal, which only carries availability. Every weekend uplift or holiday minimum then has to be entered on each platform separately.
With an API connection the rate plan lives in one place: base rate, weekend and season differences, minimum stay. The platforms show what you send them.
