Does it work with Booking.com and Airbnb?: Yes. You can see reservations from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com, and Google in one place. Calendars update automatically, reducing double-booking risk and manual checks.
Will my staff need training?: Usually not. Ovilo is designed so a single owner can manage a property from a phone. If you have a team, staff can get started quickly without a long training process.
Does it handle NTIS and E. turistas reporting?: Yes. Once the E. turistas integration is enabled, guest data is automatically submitted to NTIS. HOT-01 and HOT-02 reports are generated automatically as well, so you avoid entering the same data twice.
What about VAT invoices?: You can create VAT invoices in Lithuanian or English in just a few clicks.
How is it different from Smoobu or Lodgify?: Ovilo is built for small and mid-sized accommodation businesses with up to 50 rooms or units. The focus is automated guest messaging, simple mobile management, and fast setup without the weight of a traditional PMS.
Can I migrate my existing data?: Yes. We can help move data from Excel, Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway, and other systems. We also check that the main information has been transferred correctly.
